Whats Happening this Year
There will be lots of yummy food and drink options available for you to enjoy at venues throughout the Fayre, as well as a new craft beer stall, joining us this year from The Mitre pub!
Over on the Christmas Courtyard, there will be entertainment for children of all ages! Including, a football shoot out, arts and crafts, bubbles, festival face glitter, giant lawn games, meet and greet with ‘Frozen’ characters and a storytime with a local Barnet author. On top of this, we have scheduled performances from local performing arts groups throughout the day, and more craft stalls in Tudor Hall. Live music and dance performances will also be scheduled in Wesley Hall and The Spires, as well as street magic from LEON the Magician in The Spires. www.leonmagician.com.
Visit the Bull Theatre and feel the magic of Christmas come to life in their magical Christmas Grotto. Meet Santa, take a photo and make a Christmas wish. Entry to Santa’s Grotto is free of charge, however Santa’s Elves will be collecting donations for the Bull Theatre.
Head into St John the Baptist Church and enjoy performances from local choirs, bell ringing and join the Community Carol Service from 5-6pm.
Christmas is the time for giving! Last year we were able to raise over £4,000 for charities at the Fayre. So please enjoy the day, dig deep and give whatever you can.
